There are ways to increase the passion in your marriage and grow more in love with each other.
  • A Passion Score of 5 to 7 means the passion in your relationship may be just so-so. If both of you are satisfied, your relationship is likely stable (assuming you have good scores in the other two areas.) You don't need high levels of passion to have a great relationship. However, if passion needs differ in a marriage, problems can arise. Addressing these issues early is key to keeping your marriage on track. There are ways to increase the passion in your marriage and grow more in love with each other.
  • A Passion Score of 8 to 9 means you may be very satisfied with the level of passion you share with your spouse. Remember that keeping passion alive is an ongoing process. There are ways to continue to increase the passion in your marriage and grow even more in love with each other.

  • A Commitment Score of 1 to 4 means your commitment may not be strong. If your commitment to your spouse and your marriage is low you are at risk of being led out of this relationship. Don't underestimate the vulnerability of your current situation. You need to address the issues that are hurting your commitment to the relationship now. Don't think that things will get better if left alone. There are things you can do right away to increase your level of commitment and the stability of your marriage.
  • A Commitment Score of 5 to 7 means your commitment may be strong - as long as there aren't serious challenges, struggles, or temptations in your life. This level of commitment may not be strong enough to endure the tests of life that often come along. Staying committed is an ongoing process; renewing your commitment is a choice. There are wonderful things you can do to ensure your commitment stays intact and grows to even higher levels together with your spouse.
  • A Commitment Score of 8 to 9 means your commitment level may be strong and you can make it through nearly anything that life throws at you. To have a healthy marriage, both spouses must be equally committed to the success of their relationship. It doesn't matter how much one person is committed, if the other isn't.
